Claim form

Order number can be found in your confirmation email or mobile app orders tab
Briefly describe what happened and any issues with the food  or delivery
Please provide a list of all the meals that are missing from your order, along with the date of the menu
Please provide a list of all the meals that were damaged in your order, along with the date of the menu
To make a claim for attach the photo of all the food packages.

To make a claim for damaged parcel please attach the following:
1. Images of the inner packaging
2. Images of the outer packaging with the DPD label with the bar code clearly visible, along with photos showing the damages incurred to the contents of the parcel.

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
